Warranty & Returns Policy

 

Warranty Coverage

LuXiRed products are designed and manufactured to high quality standards. We stand behind our equipment.

 

  • Red light devices are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Warranty length varies by product and is listed on the individual product page.

  • Warranty coverage applies to normal, intended use only.

 


Warranty does not cover:

 

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, drops, or improper installation

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear

 


To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:

 

  • Proof of purchase

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue (photos or video will be requested)

 

Approved warranty claims may result in repair, replacement, or replacement parts at LuXiRed’s discretion.

 


 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wellness equipment and hygiene considerations:

 

  • All red light devices are final sale

  • We do not accept returns for opened, used, or installed devices

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has shipped

 


If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

 

  • Order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • Description of the issue

 


If damage occurred during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 


 

 

Order Cancellations

 

 

  • Orders may only be canceled before shipment

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded

 

 


 

 

Shipping Responsibility

LuXiRed is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance
