Red light devices are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, abuse, drops, or improper installation

Water or moisture damage

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:

Approved warranty claims may result in repair, replacement, or replacement parts at LuXiRed’s discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wellness equipment and hygiene considerations:

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or installed devices

We do not offer refunds once an order has shipped
